Suzhou River carries the past, present, and future of Shanghai, and holds special importance for the city. It is a microcosm of Shanghai’s century long history since its opening as a port, and the flowing Suzhou River reveals Shanghai’s culture and history. In accordance with the instructions and requirements of General Secretary for Shanghai’s work, and in comparison with the goals of building the “Five Centers” and an outstanding global city, we will plan, construct, and manage the Huangpu River and Suzhou River banks well, focus on promoting high-quality development and creating high-quality life, and make the Huangpu River and Suzhou River banks the “necklace” of the city, the business card of development, and the treasure trove of recreation.
The TS team hopes to create a warm and comfortable lighting environment through simple and exquisite lighting techniques and storytelling scene design, which can not only allow urban night owls to find a homely feeling in the fast-paced life, but also become a landscape corridor connecting the bustling Bund, adding new highlights to the water spaces of the river and riverside for citizens and tourists to explore.

苏州河承载着上海的过去、现在和未来，对这座城市有着特殊的重要性，是上海开埠以来创世纪历史的一个缩影，从流淌的苏州河中可以看见上海的文化和历史。按照总书记对上海工作的指示要求，对照建设“五个中心”和卓越全球城市的目标，把黄浦江、苏州河沿岸规划好、建设好、管理好，着力推动高质量发展、创造高品质生活，使黄浦江、苏州河沿岸成为城市的“项链”、发展的名片和游憩的宝地。
TS团队希望通过简约精致的照明手法和充满故事性的场景设计，营造出温暖、舒适的光环境，既能让都市夜归人在快节奏的生活中找到家一般的感觉，又能成为连接繁华外滩的一条景观走廊，为市民游客游览一江一河滨水空间增添新亮点。
