The overall spatial system of the project is located on the water, and the shape of the building and the order of the interior and exterior spaces are expressed in a modern and clean manner. The transitional corridor and large pieces of floor to ceiling glass create a flowing space. Therefore, the order of the landscape is crucial, as it needs to connect different functional areas and form a threedimensional, multi-dimensional and rich perceptual space between rows. The site is balanced by connecting three axes, creating a sense of spatial order. The longitudinal entrance extending internally is the focus of the design. The framing of the main atrium from different angles within the space requires the establishment of key line of sight points.
